5. Game Day Gourmet

Twenty standout home cooks from the audition rounds, five per region, face off in a World Cup-inspired challenge to create elevated versions of classic stadium foods infused with their own cultural flair. With the first immunity pin of the season on the line, protecting both the winning home cook and their region, the kitchen erupts into chaos and panic. One competitor ultimately faces elimination.

Each contestant must let their culture shine by creating a unique take on the iconic Eggs Benedict. There's a second immunity pin on the line, and one team is saddled with a major disadvantage that could cost them everything.

In the season's first team challenge, chefs compete to see who will make the starting lineup, trading in their mystery ingredients for a chance to score big; coach Mauricio Pochettino makes a guest appearance.
