1. Meet The Characters

April 5, 2002

Lynda & Karel, the "newbies", meet up with Candy Cane and Mistress Demonika at a Fetish party in TO. Lynda and Karel, a nice suburban couple have just begun an experiment to further explore their desires. And our cameras are along for the ride. At their first fetish party, Lynda is flogged at the hands of a pro. Karel watches while Lynda finds, to her surprise, how much she enjoys it. Todd's mother is open-minded, and she's always stressed the importance of independence and hard work. But Todd struggles with telling her the whole truth about his career. Mistress Demonika (AKA Renee) and her boyfriend Robin hit the road for a rare overnight getaway. At Niagara Falls they check out a haunted house, but don't find it as scary as what they have at home. Nina's boyfriend Mike finally turns up, but when she tells him about her plans to consult with a Montreal surgeon about a sex change operation, he is less than enthusiastic. She isn't convinced that Mike will still be around when she becomes a "real" woman.

5. Naughty Kitty Party

Nina meets an ex-lover from her "guy" days, Candy Cane goes to the Naughty Kitty party where she plays with Lynda while Karel watches intently. Nina is covering a neo-Nazi rally for Fab Magazine. An Ex of hers can't believe how much she has changed. He knew her when she was Rodney and recognized her now only by her voice. Candy Cane gets dressed to go out with her cross-dressing pal. They both describe the thrill of looking like their ideal woman. Lynda and Karel attend yet another fetish party. Candy Cane is there. She plays with Lynda while Karel watches and learns. Lynda has a unsettling encounter with her manicurist, Nina contemplates the nature of love, Mistress Demonika catches up on work. Lynda gets an earful from her prudish manicurist on what the church would think of her kinky habits. She worries about him drinking and doing drugs. When he comes over they argue about whether he's been smoking crack or not. It's not that exciting to go on a road trip with Robin and his rock band so Mistress Demonika stays at home and takes advantage of the extra me-time to hang out and catch up on work.

11. Pride Weekend and Other Pageants

June 14, 2002

It's Pride Weekend and Nina is in charge and on the go, Todd is busy producing a one of a kind pageant, and Rowan has a plan to humiliate Diane. Nina is producing three huge shows and hosting the parade for PrideVision TV. It's gratifying for her to see so many "trannies" turning out for the parade. The pressure is on. Todd, along with his friend and collaborator Amanda, is producing the first annual Miss World She-Male Pageant and Moses Znaimer is one of the judges. Diane is taking big risks by allowing Rowan to polish her nails and take her to the Pride Parade on a collar and leash. What will her friends make of her humiliating departure from pure butch to slightly femme? Lynda and Karel watch from the sidelines at their first Pride Parade.

12. Rough Going for Rowan and Diane

Nina visits her parents, all is not well with Rowan & Diane, and Todd's making wrestling porn and reveals his take on relationships. It's obvious Nina's parents love her and want her to be happy. They worry about her surgeries. And now that she is a girl, they're concerned about their daughter's choices in men. Rowan has broken up with Diane. It came as a shock to Diane, but luckily, when you're polyamorous, there's always someone else to be with. But is polyamory really poly-agony? Todd muses on which came first: porn or his dislike of intimacy. He skipped school the day he turned eighteen so he could take out his membership at the adult only video store. 13. Finale at NorthBound Leather Ball

In this closing episode, our subjects, dressed to the max, all end up at the NorthBound Leather Ball, an annual fetish extravaganza in Toronto. They reflect upon their television journey and discuss plans for the future. In Montreal, Nina discusses how doing the show has made her think about female stereotypes. Her appointment with Dr. Brassard, the sex change specialist, is the first step towards making the all-important decision. Nina's still not sure what she will do. Todd gets a dollar sign tattoo. He has now branded himself with a capitalist symbol for life.
